Refund policy

If the product does not meet expectations, customers may return an order within 7 days of receipt, provided that the product and its original packaging are unopened and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping and return labels will not be provided. To initiate a return, customers must contact laTHÉ Inc. for the return address. Our headquarters are in Quebec, Canada. laTHÉ Inc. reserves the right to impose a restocking fee if the return does not meet these conditions.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact laTHÉ Inc. within 7days to inquire about compensation. Returns requested after this period may be refused.
